PRICES ARE WHOLESALE: Prices available to Churches, Clergy, Institutions and the U.S. Government. Possession of this catalog does not constitute the right to purchase at wholesale prices. TERMS: Net 30 days to establish accounts. Interest will be charged at the rate of 11⁄2 % per month on overdue accounts. We also honor Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. ORDERS: Your order will be processed the day it is received. Any items not in stock may require additional time depending on the manufacturer. Special ordered items will require a prepayment. No refunds are allowed for specially ordered merchandise. (Minimum $10.00) SHIPMENTS: Check the entire order upon receipt. If any damage occurs in shipping, NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY AND RETAIN THE OUTSIDE SHIPPING CARTON. UPS will pick up the damaged merchandise ONLY IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTON. LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: All quantities are double-checked and shipments are carefully packed according to shipment standards. Open all packages with care. Many times merchandise is damaged by the customer through rough handling, careless use of tools, use of knives for slitting cartons, etc., when opening and unpacking. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. RETURNS: Returns must be pre-approved by calling the Cosgrave Company. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returned goods must be accompanied with the original invoice or receipt. You will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on custom orders.
