The Sikora-Brown Family WHEN USING THIS CATALOG PLEASE NOTE: Terms of Sale: Prices quoted in this catalog are wholesale to religious institutions and US Government ONLY. The prices shown are not available to retail customers. Charge accounts will be opened to established churches, schools, religious institutions and US Government, subject to credit approval. All invoices are due within 30 days. Finance charges of 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue accounts. Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days accompanied with a letter of explanation. Customized merchandise cannot be returned. Credit will be issued for merchandise only. Shipping charges will be credited only in the case of our error. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee where applicable. Damage Claims: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Save all original packing for inspection. Photos are required by most carriers in order to file a claim. (See below for freight claims) Custom or Special Orders: A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of the order. Once placed, the order may not be cancelled or returned. All custom engraving, etc. must be submitted with exact wording in writing. Commercial Trucking Freight Delivery: In order to avoid confusion, here is an explanation of the terminology. -Delivery Appointment: The terminal will call at least one day ahead of delivery to schedule the delivery. There is no specific time, just a window. -Liftgate Delivery: The packages will load onto the liftgate, and the order will be delivered onto the sidewalk in front of the delivery address. -Liftgate Service: The packages will be loaded onto the liftgate and brought to the sidewalk or driveway of the address. -Inside Delivery: The order will be delivered within 6 feet of the doorway, or, if the building is a commercial building, will be left a few feet inside the threshold. This does not include breaking down the freight and moving it through the doors. Because of federal trucking relations, we cannot accept claims for damages in the truck shipments. Please notify the delivering trucking firm at the time of the delivery so that a claim can be filed.
