CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are displeased with your purchase of any non-custom merchandise, simply call for authorization to return the merchandise within thirty (30) days. We will gladly exchange the item or refund/credit your payment less shipping and handling charges; certain merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns require prior authorization and no credit or refund will be given on merchandise returned after thirty days. Custom-designed or custom-made items cannot be returned. TERMS AND CONDITIONS All prices, terms and service charges are quoted in U.S. dollars. Our terms are NET thirty (30) days. All past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1½% per month (18% APR.). CHARGE ACCOUNTS AND CREDIT CARDS Orders for less than $10.00 must be prepaid and include $5.00 postage and handling. If you do not have an account, orders must be prepaid or charged using DISCOVER, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. When ordering, please include; name of card holder, mailing address for statement, card number, expiration date, 3 or 4 digit code on back of card (CCV). LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT All quantities are carefully packed according to shipping standards. Open all packages with care. Many times, merchandise is damaged through rough handling. If damage is the responsibility of the carrier, please follow these directions: UPS Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt of same. Save the wrapper, container, packing, etc. and prepare the shipment for return to us. We will arrange for UPS to pick-up the damaged package and claim will be filed from our office. Replacement of damaged items will be sent to you after inspection is made. PARCEL POST (U.S. MAIL) Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt of same. Notify us immediately and we will inform you how to return the shipment. We will replace the items and file claim for the damage. SHIPPING AND HANDLING We ship most orders via UPS Ground, but expedited services can be requested for an additional fee. Commercial and residential shipments are charged the prevailing UPS delivery rate per package. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are shipped using USPS at their prevailing rate per package.
